Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Curio Bazaar game (the “Game”), provided by [DOLDUR: developer name / legal entity] (“we”). By downloading or using the Game you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Game.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. All rights in the Game and its content (graphics, sounds, text, code) belong to us or our licensors.
If you downloaded the Game from the App Store, the Apple Standard License Agreement (EULA) also applies. If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. Where they conflict with these terms, the store terms prevail. [DOLDUR: Apple standard EULA or custom EULA?]
2. Game progress
The Game is offline and single-player. There is no account; your progress is stored only on your device. Deleting the app, changing devices or resetting your device will lose your progress. We cannot recover lost local data.
3. Virtual currency: “gold”
- “Gold” and other in-game items are virtual items for use inside the Game only.
- They have no real-money value and cannot be exchanged for money, goods, services or anything else of value, and are not refundable.
- They cannot be transferred, sold or traded to anyone else.
- Gold cannot be bought or sold for real money and has no cash value. It is earned only by playing and by watching optional rewarded ads.
- We may change gold amounts, prices and rewards for game balance.
4. Ads
The Game contains only rewarded ads that you start yourself. Ads are served by Google AdMob; advertisers are responsible for their content. See the Privacy Policy for how ad data is processed.
5. Purchases and refunds
- The Game offers one one-time in-app purchase: the “No-ads pack”. The pack gives you the same rewards that rewarded ads give, without watching ads. The Game has no forced (interstitial) ads; it has only optional rewarded ads.
- Purchase, payment and billing are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play; purchase validation runs through Adapty. We never see your payment details.
- Refunds follow the store's policy and are requested from the store: Request a refund from Apple, Google Play refund policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.
- You can recover the purchase with the same store account after reinstalling or on a new device using “Restore purchases” (see Support).
- For digital content delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal may not apply to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law. This clause does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
6. Content packs
We may offer content packs with new countries in the future. Packs are downloaded from our own HTTPS server on curiobazaar.net and contain only game data and images. Pricing: [DOLDUR: are content packs free or paid?]. Downloading requires an internet connection; data charges are your responsibility. We may change the content, schedule or availability of packs.
7. Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- reverse engineer, decompile or modify the Game (except where the law expressly permits),
- use cheats, bots, modified clients, or tools that bypass purchases or ad rewards,
- artificially inflate ad interactions or otherwise abuse the ad system,
- overload our content server or attempt unauthorised access,
- copy, distribute, rent or sell the Game or its content without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
The Game is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will run without interruption or errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data (progress) loss, indirect damages, or problems caused by third-party services (Apple, Google, AdMob, Adapty). In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Game in the last 12 months.
These limits do not apply to intent or gross negligence, injury to life or health, or rights that cannot be limited by contract, such as those under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the mandatory consumer laws of EU member states.
9. Termination
You can end these terms at any time by deleting the Game. Your license ends if you breach these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is published on this page with its effective date. Continuing to use the Game after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction

Consumers keep their right to apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts; consumers in the EU keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
